Email hello@whok.app — or use Settings → Send feedback inside the app, which is the same inbox and saves you describing which recipe you mean.
Every meal photo in whok is checked by hand before it appears, but if something has slipped through, tap the photo and choose Report. Reports are reviewed in the same queue as new submissions, normally within 24 hours. A photo that shouldn't be there is removed and the device that sent it is blocked from uploading again.

A whok.app/m/ link opens a meal another person built and sent. Those are
not reviewed before they go out, so if one is not what it should be, open it and choose
Report this meal from the menu in the top corner. If you are reading it
in a browser rather than the app, the page has a reporting link at the bottom and you do
not need to install anything to use it.
Reports go to the same queue as photos and are read by hand, normally within 24 hours. A meal that shouldn't be there is taken down — every copy of the link stops working at once — and the device that sent it is blocked from sharing again.
If somebody has your link and you'd rather they didn't, you don't need us: open the meal in Your meals, and Links you've sent in the menu revokes one link or all of them.
Super Whok is the weekly meal planner and the shopping list built from it. It is £1.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial the first time, and it is paid through your Apple Account.
To cancel, open the iPhone's Settings app, tap your name at the top (your Apple Account), then Subscriptions, then whok, then Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from inside whok: Profile → Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel at least a day before the trial or the month ends and you won't be charged again; Super Whok stays on until then. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
To restore it on a new phone, or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases, either on the Super Whok screen or in Profile → Settings. There is no whok account to sign in to; your Apple Account is what proves you paid.
To redeem a code, tap Redeem a code in Profile → Settings, or on the Super Whok screen, and type it into Apple's sheet. Super Whok switches on as soon as the code is accepted.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by whok: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase or a code went through but Super Whok didn't switch on, try Restore purchases first, then email hello@whok.app.
Wrong quantity, missing allergen, a step that doesn't make sense — please say so. Settings → Send feedback carries the recipe with it. Allergen and ingredient corrections are treated as urgent.
Calorie and cost figures are estimates, worked out from public nutrition data and typical UK supermarket own-brand prices. They are there to help you choose between two meals, not to count against a diet or a budget to the penny. Prices drift and portions vary.
Allergen labels cover the fourteen allergens UK law requires and are derived from ingredient lists. If you have a serious allergy, always check the actual ingredients and packaging yourself. whok cannot know what is in the specific products in your kitchen.
whok has no account to delete. Everything about your filters, favourites and cooking history lives on your phone and goes when the app does. If you have sent in a photo and want it removed, email hello@whok.app and describe it. A meal you shared is taken down from the app itself — Links you've sent, in the menu on that meal — unless you have since reinstalled, in which case email the link and it will be done by hand. iPhone running iOS 18 or later. whok is free to use, with Super Whok as an optional subscription, and works offline apart from meal photos, shared meals and the subscription.
